As fresh as it gets! At the beginning of each month, we will roast up your coffee as close to pick up date as possible on a Tuesday or Wednesday and have it available for pick up at our shop in Des Moines on Thursday. Or if it works better with your schedule, you may pick up at the shop on Friday or Saturday.
We will email you in advance as a reminder to pick up your fresh coffee! Option to make this a monthly subscription :)
We will also include notes on the origin and roast profile of each of the coffees, recipes from our espresso bar, and a dollar off a 12oz coffee drink of your choice upon pick up!

Reminder that this option is for local pick up in Des Moines at our coffee shop located at 3605 Douglas Avenue. The first week of each month, we will roast up your orders at the front of the week and have them ready to pick up by Thursday and at the latter end of the week. As fresh as it gets!
