Rip Van Winkle is for those mornings where you feel like you have been sleeping for fifty years. We roast this Nicaraguan coffee to 450 degrees, just as the second crack begins. Our Dark Roast is a little lighter than you may be used to for a dark roast, but it is the best you have ever had.

Currently: Wet-hulled processed coffee, Fair Trade Organic and grown in Sumatra. More information from our importer here.
